What you will do

• Coordinate university software licensing, academic account setups, and usage tracking.
• Manage program documentation, contracts, and internal approval workflows.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for professors, labs, and university administrators in Taiwan.
• Support the planning and execution of academic competitions, conferences, and training activities.
• Prepare presentations, program updates, and internal reports to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, Marketing, and Legal.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical or business field.
• Mandarin and English proficiency required.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Zhubei, Taiwan.
• Willingness to support occasional travel within Taiwan.

Nice to have

• One year of experience in IC design, Semiconductor, or EDA industries.
• Experience working with universities, research labs, or academic programs.
• Basic understanding of EDA tools or IC design workflows.
