What you will do

• Own and execute the full design process from initial research and discovery to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Collaborate with the Head of Product and CTO to shape the UX roadmap and align with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive design system from scratch across all platforms to ensure consistency.
• Utilize usage metrics, A/B testing, and user feedback to drive data-informed product improvements.
• Conduct usability testing and direct user interviews to identify revenue-driving opportunities.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of UX/Product Design experience specifically in eCommerce or health-tech.
• Demonstrated E2E experience working across both web and mobile products.
• Practical understanding of React, React-Native, native mobile patterns, semantic HTML, and CSS.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including advanced prototyping and component creation.
• Ability to work independently using data tools like Heap and SQL to validate hypotheses.
• Must be based in New York, NY for hybrid office attendance.
