What you will do

• Perform full setup of CNC machines based on prints, process plans, and setup sheets.
• Change tooling, verify fixtures, and adjust offsets.
• Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T dimensions.
• Independently inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
• Maintain production documentation and ensure full traceability.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations teams to support multiple UAS programs.

Requirements

• Technical certification or equivalent professional machining experience.
• 2–5 years of CNC machine experience in precision or aerospace environments.
• Solid ability to read prints and understanding of GD&T fundamentals.
• Experience working with aerospace tolerances in the ±0.0005” range.
• Must verify identity and employment authorization via the E-Verify system
