What you will do

• Lead and supervise the technician team, providing direction and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Manage daily operations, including workflow assignment and timely completion of maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee project management for the fleet, prototype builds, and test requests.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a compliant shop environment.
• Optimize technician processes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure operational alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in an engineering or technician department.
• Proven track record of leading teams.
• Experience in trucking, logistics, or automotive industries.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Lancaster, TX.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory standards.
