What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for HLS products using AI coding assistants.
• Write production-quality code daily with tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot.
• Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions with focus on end-user experience.
• Build highly reliable distributed systems for enterprise workflows.
• Participate in on-call rotation (one week every 2-3 months).

Requirements

• Active daily use of AI coding assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.).
• Strong C# expertise and backend development experience.
• Experience building and maintaining distributed systems focused on scalability and reliability.
• Proven track record of rapid growth and impact.
• Excellent communication skills and customer empathy.

Nice to have
