What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines for structured and semi-structured publishing and marketing data sets.
• Implement high-performance data models to capture complete ecosystem views of in- and out-of-game experiences.
• Automate workflows for content, growth, and pubsports to reduce manual intervention and increase efficiency.
• Mentor data engineers across all levels, establishing best practices and fostering technical growth.
• Optimize query performance and resolve pipeline bottlenecks to improve data accessibility.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR and CCPA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in tech-focused Publishing or Marketing fields.
• Expertise in Python, Go, Spark, Scala, SQL, Airflow, and dbt.
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and Databricks.
• Proven experience mentoring and guiding other engineers.
