What you will do

• Improve the capabilities, performance, scalability, and reliability of the XRP Ledger.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, technical design, and C++ development.
• Contribute to the open-source XRP Ledger community, maintaining high standards for coding and deployment.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure high codebase quality.
• Perform functional and performance validations for blockchain solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of recent hands-on software product development experience using C++.
• Professional experience in backend distributed systems development.
• Strong ability to independently solve highly complex problems with creative solutions.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York for required in-office collaboration.
