What you will do
- Define the end-to-end lifecycle content strategy across onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy stages.
- Develop and maintain message hierarchies and value narratives that evolve with customer maturity.
- Design reusable content frameworks to enable scale across regions, segments, and channels without duplicative effort.
- Partner with the Marketing Automation Lead to align content to event-driven journeys and behavioral triggers.
- Translate lifecycle strategy into clear content briefs for Content, Learning, and Localization teams.
- Review performance and effectiveness of lifecycle content and recommend optimizations based on engagement and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in content strategy, lifecycle marketing, or customer marketing.
- Proven ability to design scalable content systems and frameworks across various regions and segments.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS customer lifecycles and value storytelling.
- Experience working with marketing automation and behavioral triggers.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (verified via E-Verify).

- Certifications in content strategy, UX writing, or marketing.
