What you will do

• Build and enhance platform end-to-end using Java and React for seamless, performant web experiences.
• Integrate AI-enhanced features like smart automations, faster workflows, and contextual assistance with AI and product teams.
• Optimize application responsiveness and scalability for large data sets and user volumes.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to deliver elegant technical solutions from business needs.
• Write robust, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and drive engineering best practices.
• Explore new trends in AI/ML to evolve systems and architecture.

Requirements

• Hands-on daily experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot for code generation, testing, documentation, and review
• 6+ years as Full Stack Engineer
• Strong Java and React development background
• Proven scalable application design and build experience
• Agile environments and fast-paced iteration comfort
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mentality

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud infrastructure
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases
• Experience contributing to AI-driven products or features
