What you will do

• Execute customer success and professional services plans to optimize customer journeys.
• Implement technical solutions and configurations aligned with client business objectives.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers to build credibility and adoption.
• Translate customer workflows and requirements into effective technical solution designs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, and Configuration teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Monitor key customer metrics to demonstrate the value and ROI of AI Agent solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in service delivery or project execution within IT, SaaS, or cloud environments.
• Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer workstreams concurrently.
• Strong relationship management and professional communication skills.
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
