What you will do

• Provide primary legal counsel and strategic advice to leadership across diverse legal matters.
• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and agreements aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to protect the organization's intellectual property portfolio.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations to mitigate legal exposure.
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution in collaboration with external counsel.
• Design and deliver internal training programs on legal and compliance issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience specializing in contract law, corporate governance, M&A, commercial law, IP, and labor law.
• Proven expertise in UAE law and labor law.
• Ability to resolve shareholder disputes through mediation, negotiation, and litigation.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• AI fluency and a proactive, fast-paced working style.
• T-shaped knowledge and skills.
