What you will do
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals to achieve company growth targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for acquiring and retaining large-scale enterprise clients in the payments sector.
- Drive the sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities and overseeing complex cycles from lead generation to closing.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier enterprise clients as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align company offerings with market demand.
- Lead negotiations for enterprise-level contracts and manage KPIs to track team performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years specifically in the payments or fintech sector.
- Proven track record of closing large deals and leading high-performing sales teams.
- In-depth knowledge of payment processing, merchant services, card networks, and alternative payment methods.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for managing multi-stakeholder deals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting to executive-level clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

- Previous fintech or startup experience.
- Deep experience in traditional payments.
