What you will do

• Own the product marketing strategy, including segmentation, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) plans.
• Lead a cross-functional squad consisting of UA, CRM, creative, analytics, landing pages, and product teams.
• Optimize the full conversion funnel: acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Conduct market and competitor research to transform insights into growth hypotheses and experiments.
• Track and report business impact through key metrics such as EI and Revenue.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Senior Product Marketing, Growth, or Marketing Lead roles for B2C digital products.
• Proven track record of moving business metrics, specifically revenue, conversion, retention, and LTV.
• Strong expertise in segmentation, positioning, and messaging frameworks.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing (Google, Meta, TikTok) and funnel optimization (A/B testing, CRO).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills within a cross-functional or matrix environment.
