What you will do
- Resolve customer issues via support tickets using tailored and well-written communications.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to diagnose and solve technical problems.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers of all sizes worldwide with an approachable style.
- Manage multiple competing priorities to achieve results for every customer.
- Proactively identify opportunities to develop solutions that help scale the 24/7 operation.
Requirements
- Must be based in Ireland.
- 1+ year of relevant experience in service or support roles.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to communicate complex problems clearly.
- Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays semi-regularly.
- Strong commitment to customer experience and continuous personal skill refinement.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with financial services or payments businesses.
- Experience with data analytics tools for troubleshooting.
- Multilingual skills, specifically Spanish or French.
- Experience with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
