• Manage high volumes of live chat and phone interactions.

• Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution within time limits.
• Adhere to communication guidelines, policies, and professional procedures.
• Proactively engage users to improve their overall experience.

Requirements

• 1+ years of proven customer-facing or customer service experience.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
• Proficiency in using IT tools to handle technical customer queries.
• Exceptional written communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
