What you will do

• Design innovative hardware solutions across industries, including medical IoT and high-speed platforms.
• Own design activities for complete subsystems from requirements to testing and integration.
• Lead PCB design, schematic design, routing, and validation using tools like Altium and Mentor Graphics.
• Act as sparring partner for teams, identify risks/opportunities, and guide junior engineers.
• Participate in full lifecycle in multidisciplinary (SW/FW/HW) projects under structured processes like ISO-13485.
• Stay updated on high-speed technologies and share knowledge.

Requirements

• Hybrid work requires presence in Best, Netherlands; relocation to Netherlands supported
• Master's or Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering + 5+ years in high-tech hardware (high-speed/low-power, FPGAs/ARM/DDR4/ADCs/WiFi/Bluetooth).
• Proficiency in full cycle: requirements to architecture, schematics, PCB, testing/integration.
• Experience with tools: Mentor Graphics Xpedition, Altium Designer, HyperLynx.
• Structured processes (ISO-13485), prioritizing multiple projects/clients.
• Good command of English (Dutch advantage); communicative, can-do mentality, conceptual thinker.
