Intern Jr Accountant

TL;DR

Intern Jr Accountant (Finance): Support the Global Finance department in managing core accounting activities with an accent on GL reconciliation and payment processing. Focus on mastering SAP system posting, IFRS principles, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Location: Parma, Italy (Hybrid). Relocation support is provided.

Salary: €1,000 monthly reimbursement

What you will do

• Reconcile General Ledger (GL) accounts.
• Manage incoming and outgoing GL payments.
• Perform data posting within the SAP system.
• Prepare withholding tax payments.
• Manage digital archiving for registers.
• Provide support for internal consultancy to various departments.

Requirements

• Academic or high-school diploma in an economic field.
• English: Good written and verbal proficiency.
• Italian: Basic knowledge required.
• Basic understanding of IFRS accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
