What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders in Paris and EMEA to support effective leadership and people decisions.
• Execute regional People processes including performance, rewards, talent, and succession planning.
• Coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with French labor law.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on critical hiring, onboarding, and retention.
• Contribute regional insights to global People initiatives and implement them locally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Approximately 5 years of experience as a People Business Partner/HRBP in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in performance, talent, succession, and employee relations.
• Experience applying global frameworks within regional and local legal contexts.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in Paris for on-site work.
