What you will do

• Act as an embedded engineering partner for strategic accounts to design, build, and operate real-world solutions.
• Integrate hirify.global into customers' existing tools, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, and cloud services, using REST collectors and custom connectors.
• Build custom search experiences, data flows, and enrichment pipelines tailored to unique customer investigation and analytics workflows.
• Develop reusable hirify.global Packs, integrations, and solution assets to standardize best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer requirements into core product features and provide feedback on APIs and UX.
• Engineer complex data normalization, enrichment, and routing logic using JavaScript, Node.js, and regex.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software or solutions engineering within a SaaS, cloud, or security software environment.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js for building pipeline logic and REST integrations.
• Proven experience designing production-grade backend services, RESTful APIs, and end-to-end telemetry architectures.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including IAM and object storage.
• Deep familiarity with the observability and security ecosystem (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, XSIAM).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• hirify.global Certified Engineer (CCOE) or equivalent product expertise.
• Experience with containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Background in security data engineering or large-scale log management infrastructure.
• Prior contributions to open-source projects or community marketplaces.
