What you will do

  • Lead the planning, design, and implementation of secure remote access solutions.
  • Drive the technical migration from Citrix-based environments to Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
  • Develop comprehensive architecture documentation, including HLD and LLD.
  • Ensure all designs comply with cybersecurity regulations, such as NIS2.
  • Coordinate with security, IAM, and IT operations teams to deliver scalable access management.
  • Manage stakeholders and support risk assessment and gap remediation.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure architecture and design.
  • Strong expertise in Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
  • Proven experience with Citrix environments and NetScaler.
  • Ability to produce clear technical documentation (HLD/LLD).
  • English: Fluent level required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of IAM concepts (IGA, PAM, RBAC).
  • Experience in regulated or critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
