What you will do

• Develop and manage the regional travel product strategy aligned with global business goals.
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard travel suppliers, managing pricing, commissions, and commercial conditions.
• Optimize the regional product portfolio across flights, hotels, cruises, and other tourism segments.
• Collaborate with Operations, Booking, and Marketing teams to ensure product viability and visibility.
• Create product training materials and guides to enable Travel Partners to sell effectively.
• Analyze sales trends and product performance to provide actionable insights for leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in travel product management, contracting, or commercial roles within the tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of travel products including hotels, bedbanks, GDS, and DMCs.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiation and commercial agreement management.
• Ability to analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English required.
