TL;DR
RF System Validation Engineer (Embedded/RF): Supporting the RF system validation team with implementation and execution of RF system tests with an accent on measurement concepts and automated setups. Focus on performing lab measurements using oscilloscopes and signal analyzers and extending automated measurement frameworks.
Location: Gratkorn, Austria (Hybrid setup with home office available)
Salary: €2,800 gross/month (full-time equivalent)

What you will do
- Implement and execute RF system tests to support the validation team.
- Prototype and develop new measurement concepts.
- Conduct lab measurements using oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, and network analyzers.
- Operate and extend automated measurement setups.
- Perform precision soldering tasks, including SMD components.
Requirements
- Ongoing studies in Electrical Engineering, Telematics, Information and Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency with measurement devices such as scopes and signal analyzers.
- Solid English skills (conversation and writing) are mandatory.
- Availability: Approximately 16 hours per week.
- Ability to handle security-related tasks and adhere to security certifications.
Nice to have
- Experience with software development in Python, VBA, or LabVIEW.
- Knowledge of RFID standards (ISO/IEC 15693, 18000-63, 14443, 10373-6/7).
