Salary: $172,500 - $222,500

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of Arc DeFi partners, including lending protocols, DEXs, vault providers, and tokenized RWA platforms.
• Own the post-deal partner lifecycle, overseeing onboarding, launch coordination, and long-term ecosystem alignment.
• Collaborate with Business Development to ensure smooth transitions from deal signing to integration and launch.
• Coordinate launch execution across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Marketing, and Operations.
• Develop ecosystem reporting and strategic materials to position Arc as a leader in programmable finance.
• Represent the company at ecosystem events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, ecosystem development, or strategic account management.
• Must be based in the United States (E-Verify participation).
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial infrastructure (DeFi protocols, wallets, or onchain infrastructure).
• Proven track record of launching and growing financial or crypto products via external partnerships.
• Ability to build credibility with product, engineering, and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and interest in stablecoins and programmable finance.

Nice to have

• Deep experience with DeFi primitives like liquidity pools, borrow/lend vaults, and swap infrastructure.
• Experience supporting technical integrations via APIs, SDKs, or smart contracts.
• Prior experience in early-stage or zero-to-one environments.
• Familiarity with generative AI models and prompt development.
