What you will do

• Own and optimise local product experiences and key user journeys, including onboarding, verification, deposits, and trading.
• Configure local product content, banners, and landing pages through internal tools.
• Manage product localisation, translations, and language quality across all product touchpoints.
• Identify friction points in the user journey and recommend improvements based on data and market insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and tracking frameworks to monitor funnel health and product performance.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests in collaboration with Product teams to validate improvements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Growth, Product Analytics, or CRO.
• Experience with digital products, fintech, crypto, SaaS, or consumer technology.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards and interpret product performance data.
• Experience working with CMS, localisation platforms, or internal product configuration tools.
• Native Russian and strong English communication skills
• Must be based in the CIS region
