What you will do

• Maintain optimal customer experience for German clients alongside the Operational Account Manager.
• Manage daily planning and serve as the primary contact for customers, carriers, and workshops.
• Coordinate internal functions including invoicing, hardware, and charging infrastructure.
• Analyze and report performance to ensure customer KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Handle customer requests and resolve ad hoc deviations via the support inbox.
• Provide on-site go-live support and assist with customer deployment projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics, or a successful IHK apprenticeship.
• Fluent in German and English (writing and speaking).
• Residence in or willingness to move to Nuremberg, Regensburg, Passau, Munich, or the Rhine Ruhr area.
• Service-oriented, data-driven mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to act independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-scaling environment.
