What you will do

• Source and headhunt candidates using the internal database, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
• Create and publish creative job advertisements to attract talent.
• Screen candidates via phone and match them with the right job opportunities.
• Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team and manager to achieve targets.

Requirements

• Fluent English (additional languages like German, Dutch, or Nordic are a strong plus).
• Minimum 4 months internship (ideally 6 months).
• Must be able to work on-site in Málaga for the full duration.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or a prior internship.
• Target-driven mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach and a strong work ethic.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German, Dutch, or Nordic languages.
