TL;DR

Fraud-Payments Support Agent (iGaming): Monitoring transactional activity to detect fraudulent patterns and investigating suspicious account transactions to protect business from financial loss with an accent on fraud systems utilization and deposit conversion optimization. Focus on analyzing customer behaviors, processing withdrawal requests, and ensuring compliance with Fraud Team KPIs.

Location: Bucharest (flexible hybrid after first three months, shifts 09:00-19:00/11:00-21:00, 2 weekends per month)

What you will do

  • Monitor transactional activity and payment platform to detect fraudulent patterns and ensure accurate processing of deposits and player funds.
  • Investigate suspicious account transactions, report findings, and take remedial actions to minimize financial loss and chargebacks.
  • Analyze customer account activities for unusual patterns and optimize fraud systems to improve deposit conversion percentages.
  • Review and process withdrawal requests while resolving customer queries within SLA guidelines.
  • Liaise with COO, Compliance Officer, MLRO, clients, and stakeholders to highlight threats and ensure compliance with KPIs.
  • Interrogate analytical data for optimal transactional routing.

Requirements

  • Availability for shifts (09:00-19:00; 11:00-21:00) and 2 weekends per month in Bucharest.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in fraud prevention, detection, investigation, ideally in payments or security.
  • Understanding of international online payment methods and associated risks.
  • Logical approach, high attention to detail, analytical skills, ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; team-oriented yet independent.
  • Customer-centric, target-oriented, decisive, trustworthy, with professional attitude.
