What you will do

• Lead the development of scalable IAM systems using Python and Django following architectural standards.
• Design and implement asynchronous APIs and workflows utilizing AsyncAPI, Celery, and RabbitMQ.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems and optimize relational databases for identity data.
• Develop secure RESTful and event-driven APIs for authentication and authorization.
• Ensure system security and compliance by implementing industry-standard IAM best practices.
• Perform code reviews, write maintainable code, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with Python, including 3+ years with Django or FastApi.
• Proven experience building and scaling distributed systems and microservices.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML).
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and tools like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases like Redis.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with IAM tools such as Keycloak, Auth0, or AWS Cognito.
• Knowledge of React or Angular for IAM UI components.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
