What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services in Go for Workforce Management features.
• Own components through the full SDLC, from discovery and planning to production support.
• Collaborate with product managers, SREs, and QA to translate requirements into maintainable solutions.
• Write well-tested code and conduct thoughtful code reviews to raise team quality.
• Reduce technical debt and improve system observability and incident response.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, sharing best practices and fostering an inclusive culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years building backend microservices.
• Strong proficiency in Go, Go testing practices, and containerized development with Docker.
• Solid experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Practical cloud experience (AWS preferred) and familiarity with CI/CD and IaC.
• Working knowledge of distributed systems concepts (consistency, timeouts, retries, backpressure).
• Experience with event-driven architectures, Kafka, and designing robust REST APIs.

Nice to have

• Experience with PHP/Laravel or working alongside PHP-based services.
• Familiarity with analytical databases such as ClickHouse.
• Experience with observability tools like Datadog and Sentry.
• Exposure to CI/CD tooling and orchestration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Spinnaker, Kubernetes).
