Product Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day project delivery and product execution.
• Manage communication between community stakeholders, leadership, and developers.
• Translate real-world problems into clear user stories, Jira tickets, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain Jira boards, workflows, epics, and the product backlog.
• Establish a support layer for issue intake, triage, and resolution.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Delivery Manager.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and team workflows.
• Expert proficiency with Jira, including boards, workflows, and reporting.
• Ability to write technical requirements that developers can implement.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both non-technical users and technical teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with a bias toward practical, low-cost solutions.
