Mass Conversion Analyst

What you will do

• Participate in data mapping discussions with clients, recordkeepers, sponsors, and internal teams across multiple plans.
• Analyze, map, and validate data fields based on business rules and specifications.
• Identify and resolve data anomalies and system differences for accurate conversions.
• Conduct data discovery, quality-check files before and after loading, and document processes.
• Coordinate with implementation, recordkeeping, and QA teams to meet milestones and support testing.
• Maintain autonomy in prioritization while identifying process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with defined contribution plan data, recordkeeping systems, or data conversions.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with data mapping tools, validation techniques, Excel, CSV, XML.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global recordkeeping systems and conversion processes.
• Knowledge of plan administration, retirement compliance, or financial regulations.
