What you will do

  • Build and manage digital content development schedules and report on project status.
  • Prepare digital content delivery budgets through accurate cost estimation and monitor spending.
  • Lead a small in-house team of Digital Content Editors and coordinate external suppliers.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with evolving market needs.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to workflows, development processes, and delivery models.
  • Produce digital content according to internal guidelines and maintain consistent house style and metadata.

Requirements

  • Degree in ELT, education, digital technology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and effective digital learning activities.
  • Experience developing e-learning tools or platforms and familiarity with digital learning environments.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience in planning schedules and managing projects.

Nice to have

  • Teaching experience in English.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers or freelancers.
  • Experience acting as a team leader or mentor.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tight schedules under pressure.
