What you will do
- Build and manage digital content development schedules and report on project status.
- Prepare digital content delivery budgets through accurate cost estimation and monitor spending.
- Lead a small in-house team of Digital Content Editors and coordinate external suppliers.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with evolving market needs.
- Recommend and implement improvements to workflows, development processes, and delivery models.
- Produce digital content according to internal guidelines and maintain consistent house style and metadata.
Requirements
- Degree in ELT, education, digital technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and effective digital learning activities.
- Experience developing e-learning tools or platforms and familiarity with digital learning environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience in planning schedules and managing projects.
Nice to have
- Teaching experience in English.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers or freelancers.
- Experience acting as a team leader or mentor.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tight schedules under pressure.
