TL;DR

Location: Fully on-site (5 days a week) in Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical assistance via tickets, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues (printers, monitors, network).
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and permissions in Active Directory and enterprise systems.
- Install and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and software applications.
- Support onboarding and off-boarding processes, including workstation imaging and return.
- Document resolutions in the IT knowledge base and maintain asset inventory.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT customer support or service desk roles.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in AV systems, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with MDM administration and tools like Slack, Jira, and Zoom.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and knowledge base writing.
- Must be authorized to work in Israel.
