TL;DR

Helpdesk Technician Tier 1 (AI Cloud): Providing first-level technical support for end-users, including hardware, software, and networking issues with an accent on operational stability and user experience. Focus on managing enterprise identity systems, troubleshooting cloud-based productivity suites, and optimizing the onboarding technical flow.

Location: Fully on-site (5 days a week) in Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical assistance via tickets, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues (printers, monitors, network).
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and permissions in Active Directory and enterprise systems.
  • Install and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and software applications.
  • Support onboarding and off-boarding processes, including workstation imaging and return.
  • Document resolutions in the IT knowledge base and maintain asset inventory.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in IT customer support or service desk roles.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills in AV systems, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with MDM administration and tools like Slack, Jira, and Zoom.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and knowledge base writing.
  • Must be authorized to work in Israel.
