What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for state and local government customers from contract signature through onboarding and long-term growth.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring efficient resolution of issues and high customer satisfaction.
• Champion customer feedback internally to influence technical and programmatic development of the Starlink product.
• Manage account readiness, schedules, and risks to ensure forecasted revenue is realized on or ahead of schedule.
• Design and implement new processes and system improvements to enable the internal team to scale rapidly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or High School diploma with 3+ years of professional business development, operations, or engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or business operations.
• 1+ years of experience working specifically with government customers.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), Refugee, or Asylee to conform to ITAR regulations.
• Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed to support critical milestones.
• Willingness to travel to other hirify.global offices and customer locations.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience supporting technical products or services for government customers.
• Knowledge of public sector, telecommunications, satellite communications, or supply chain industries.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects under tight deadlines and resource constraints.
• Technical knowledge of satellites, ground networks, or user terminals.
• Strong negotiation skills, particularly for post-contract adjustments.
