Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 USD

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from kickoff to closeout, ensuring high satisfaction and proactive communication.
- Manage up to 20 concurrent engagements, coordinating small engineering teams and AI-powered delivery tools.
- Run the full engagement lifecycle, including discovery sessions, FRD authoring, UAT, and hypercare.
- Enforce scope discipline and manage change requests to maintain project profitability and commitment accuracy.
- Operate primarily within AI tools (Claude) to manage context, produce client-facing artifacts, and update systems of record.
- Identify follow-on project opportunities and managed services within existing accounts to route to sales.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical project management or client delivery at a software services or consulting firm.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or MuleSoft to effectively communicate with technical teams.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) in day-to-day professional workflows.
- Ability to operate in a high-volume environment, managing 15–20 active engagements with frequent context switching.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in the USA (indicated by 401k and US-specific health benefits).
Nice to have
- Experience delivering to small and mid-sized businesses (law firms, professional services, finance).
- Background in SOW-driven engagements, managing project-based billing and change requests.
- Previous experience as an Engagement Manager or Delivery Manager at a consulting or SI firm.
