What you will do

• Use Data Studio and Data Platform to build and manage end-to-end data flows including extraction, mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Analyze source system data, including file structures and APIs, to define requirements for new integrations.
• Connect hirify.global to customer ERPs and other upstream systems using sFTP and APIs.
• Build custom data models and transformation logic for non-ERP systems such as banks, billing, and payments.
• Partner with customers, Product, and Engineering to turn business needs into durable data solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data variances between source systems and outputs to ensure data trust.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data integration, technical implementation, or analytics engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and scripting for data pipelines and API work.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with large CSV/TSV files.
• Experience with structured/semi-structured data, schema mapping, and data validation.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and handle inconsistent or messy source data.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial data models and major ERPs like Oracle, SAP, Workday, or OneStream.
• Working knowledge of accounting and financial data hierarchies.
• Experience with model-driven or metadata-driven data platforms.
• Experience creating custom transformation logic for downstream reporting or analytics.
