Digital Workplace Architect (Azure/M365): Architecting the modern workplace platform for 4,000+ users across multiple countries to support Europe's energy transition with an accent on scalability, security, and user experience. Focus on defining vision, building platforms with Microsoft stack, embedding zero-trust security, and leading cross-functional delivery.

Location: Based at Rotterdam HQ with flexible hybrid working (40% office, 40% home, 20% flexible). Work abroad (within approved countries) up to 3 weeks/year with manager approval, max 2 consecutively.

Salary: €72.000 - €93.500 gross annual (including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, bonus or profit sharing).

What you will do

• Define the architectural vision for hirify.global's modern workplace strategy, balancing agility with enterprise robustness.
• Build and own the platform across Microsoft 365, Azure, AVD, Entra ID, Intune, JAMF, CyberArk, and SailPoint.
• Champion zero-trust and secure-by-design principles in every solution.
• Lead through influence, aligning C-level vision with technical realities and orchestrating stakeholders.
• Pilot emerging technologies and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Track record designing and delivering workplace solutions for 1,000+ users in enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in Azure, Entra ID, Intune, AVD, M365, CyberArk, JAMF, and modern workplace devices
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience with zero-trust, modern security architecture, and governance frameworks
• Able to align, explain, and influence at every organizational level
