What you will do

• Lead the 12-month architectural vision for web editors and mobile app integrations.
• Translate business strategy into a technical roadmap focusing on performance and platform integration.
• Design reusable architectures and set pragmatic engineering standards for quality and security.
• Explore and integrate AI to enhance editors and engineering productivity.
• Mentor engineers to grow technical depth and think in terms of systems and customer impact.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to shape the Personalise stream strategy.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a principal engineer or architect leading high-scale product platforms.
• Knowledge of modern frontend engineering with React or similar frameworks.
• Experience with backend and API-driven architectures for multi-surface experiences.
• Strong proficiency in software engineering best practices across the full development lifecycle.
• Understanding of how AI-augmented workflows impact system design and productivity.
• Legal right to work in the Netherlands without requiring sponsorship.
