What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical resource for Consent implementations, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues across various website architectures.
• Guide customers through mobile app consent implementations for iOS and Android to ensure compliance.
• Partner with Customer Success to create structured troubleshooting playbooks and decision trees for non-technical team members.
• Build scalable solutions, including diagnostic tools and configuration templates, to reduce implementation friction.
• Translate complex technical web issues into actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to advocate for features that simplify the deployment process.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience deploying and troubleshooting web projects, including tracking and site analytics.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript to read, debug, and explain code behavior in the browser console (DOM).
• Experience with Google Tag Manager or other enterprise tag management platforms.
• Familiarity with Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) such as OneTrust, Cookiebot, or Osano.
• Experience with iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) app environments.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Content Security Policy (CSP) configuration and common conflicts.
• Familiarity with SPA frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Background in privacy tech or experience with CMP vendors.
• Ability to troubleshoot APIs and deploy containerized agents.
