What you will do

• Rapidly build and deploy new product features serving the needs of leading real estate investors.
• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) as a core part of the daily workflow to accelerate feature shipping.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to shape and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Review AI-generated and hand-written code to uphold high standards of quality, security, and maintainability.
• Partner with the quality team to write testable code and continuously improve system reliability.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or 8+ years of industry experience.
• 4+ years of experience building web application back-ends (Ruby, Flask, or Node).
• 4+ years of experience building web application front-ends (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code) in production environments.
• Strong CS fundamentals in data structures and system design, including performance and reliability tradeoffs.
• Location: Must be based in New York City.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-assisted workflows into production systems.
• Interest in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) or FinTech.
• Experience working in a high-growth SaaS company with a rapidly evolving codebase.
