What you will do

• Translate ambiguous customer questions into well-scoped data science projects involving panel data, time series, and causal inference.
• Engineer features from large alternative-data panels using Spark.
• Build, validate, and interpret causal and predictive models to link signals to financial outcomes.
• Author technical white papers and customer analyses for institutional readers.
• Use LLM coding assistants and agents to accelerate prototyping and shipping deliverables.
• Build internal LLM-driven tooling, such as agents, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation harnesses.

Requirements

• Experience shipping multiple end-to-end data science projects with quantifiable business impact.
• Strong statistical foundations with the ability to defend causal-inference method choices.
• Senior-level Python skills, focusing on clear naming, type hints, and vectorized code.
• Daily proficiency with LLM coding assistants to multiply productivity.
• High-level technical writing and communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
