UX Designer (AI)

TL;DR

UX Designer (AI): Designing and improving user experiences across a multi-product desktop portfolio and emerging AI-native tools with an accent on accessibility and user-centered design. Focus on translating research into high-fidelity prototypes and developing AI-enhanced UX flows.

Location: Hybrid (London). Must be based in or be able to relocate to the London area and have eligibility to work in the UK (1-3 days in office expected).

What you will do

• Design intuitive and inclusive interfaces across multiple product areas, including AI-native features.
• Translate research findings and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and pattern libraries to ensure visual consistency.
• Support discovery research, conduct usability testing, and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and SMEs in an agile environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional UX design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design process and quality thinking.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Miro.
• Basic understanding of design-thinking and human-centered design principles.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the London area.

Nice to have

• Experience with desktop applications or B2B enterprise software.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Interest in or experience designing for AI-native products and AI-assisted workflows.
• Familiarity with quantitative or qualitative research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Lookback, Hotjar).
• Experience working across multiple products or codebases simultaneously.
