What you will do

• Contribute to team roadmaps and technology direction in partnership with global engineering teams.
• Build European engineering teams and company culture during growth.
• Devise solutions for technical and business challenges in oncology data.
• Iterate rapidly on products while maintaining quality, security, and engineering best practices.
• Work with complex data pipelines using various processing tools.
• Develop deep knowledge of UK healthcare data sources, security, privacy, and governance.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• 4-8 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with agile environments, OOP languages (Python, Java, C#, SQL), and willingness to learn new tech.
• Recent front-end experience, preferably React.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with data warehousing like Snowflake.
• UK healthcare experience.
• Degree in computer science or related field.
• Background in ML, data engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or security.
