What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize core components of the hirify.global Quick Suite AI platform to enhance enterprise productivity.
• Build and deliver foundational agentic AI services that power the future of cloud computing.
• Develop secure connectors to unify disparate data sources across various enterprise applications and repositories.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform's backend systems.
• Collaborate with AI/ML practitioners, applied scientists, and solution architects to create customer-centric AI solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bellevue, WA, USA.
• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience programming with at least one professional software language.
• 5+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, and scaling).
• Proven experience acting as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, and build processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
