Salary: $125,000 - $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Assess Partner Falcon Complete environments to ensure alignment with security standards.
• Conduct regular reviews with Partners to provide recommendations for improved security posture.
• Coordinate technical resources to ensure timely resolution of issues in accordance with SLAs.
• Establish 'go-to-green' plans for Partners drifting from a secure experience.
• Train and coach new Partners on Falcon Complete standards and best practices.
• Deliver technical content and contribute to committees for process improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a cybersecurity-focused role.
• 5+ years of experience as a security advisor or consultant.
• Experience working with large, complex clients and MSP/MSSPs.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001/2, NIST CSF, CIS Critical Security, PCI DSS, and MITRE Att&ck.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.
• Must be a U.S. candidate.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience in Incident Management and CSIRT operation.
• Experience with Audit, Logging, and Monitoring Controls (SIEM, UEBA, MDR/XDR).
• Experience with hirify.global or other NGAV solutions.
• Experience with Service Integration via APIs and SIEM Integration.
• Knowledge of Identity Threat Protection.
