What you will do

• Drive the strategic, functional, and technical agenda for an integrated Internal Audit platform.
• Act as a BA/PM/SM to coordinate the technical agenda and drive team output to success.
• Architect technical solutions that integrate seamlessly with third-party vendor platforms.
• Design and implement complex multi-tenant technology solutions, specifically within Compliance domains.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to develop wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive user designs.
• Interface with senior stakeholders across the organization to align technical delivery with business needs.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in a technical role with a proven track record of delivery success.
• 6+ years of experience independently managing global cross-functional teams.
• Proven expertise in designing multi-tenant technology solutions.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and project management.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural teams located globally.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Finance products or previous experience within an Investment Bank.
• Hands-on experience with fullstack web development, including Java, SQL, and frontend technologies.
