What you will do

• Communicate and translate business ideas and requests into clear, implementable requirements.
• Define and document system behavior, including flows, logic, and integrations.
• Collaborate with developers to find the optimal balance between system possibilities and limitations.
• Configure the FINS financial accounting product, focusing on accounting specifics.
• Describe specific scenarios, constraints, and system logic.
• Validate system functionality.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, payroll, or bookkeeping.
• Ability to produce structured system documentation, process flows, and specifications.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Good English and Latvian language knowledge.
• Must be based in or able to work in Riga, Latvia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux/Unix.
• Knowledge of banking, cards, or payment systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
