What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of durable data solutions from problem framing to deployment.
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows using dbt.
• Ingest data from diverse sources including APIs, databases, SaaS applications, and event streams.
• Develop data models and schema designs following quality best practices on cloud platforms.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and data observability for system reliability.
• Optimize performance and costs across data workflows and storage systems.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of industry experience in data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, Scala, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and cloud platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Databricks).
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and production-grade monitoring/alerting.
• Ability to leverage AI and automation to build self-service tools and intelligent pipelines.
• Must be based in the US (Denver, SF, NY, LA, Seattle) or Toronto, Canada.
