What you will do

• Perform teardown and detailed analysis of competitor products to understand market benchmarks.
• Operate gear production equipment and analyze dimensions to optimize prototype gear manufacturing.
• Conduct metallurgical and chemical analysis of materials to evaluate component failures and production effects.
• Assist in testing new product designs and documenting safe manufacturing work instructions.
• Build prototype axle and driveshaft assemblies for use in lab and vehicle testing.
• Coordinate between vehicle manufacturers and internal departments to align product designs with customer requirements.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering.
• Must be able to work onsite at the World Headquarters in Maumee, OH.
• Ability to interface with CAD departments to create assembly and component prints.
• Willingness to operate production equipment and perform lab testing.
