What you will do

• Oversee the full order lifecycle from placement to completion, ensuring speed and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Manage inbound and outbound communication with customers.
• Monitor SLA adherence, manage queues, and intervene in delayed orders or tickets.
• Investigate root causes of escalations and coordinate resolutions across teams.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process and system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience in a customer service or support role.
• Ability to adapt to evolving processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset and strong critical thinking abilities.
